This report presents speculative commercial growth projections for Birmingham City University's portfolio of three awarded international research projects — MariSens (XECS/EUREKA), STRUCTURE (ITEA/EUREKA), and EARHEART (CELTIC-NEXT/EUREKA) — collectively valued at over £40M. The portfolio addresses AI-enabled digital twin technologies for the inspection of critical infrastructure across maritime, transportation, and autonomous aerial domains. Drawing on partner exploitation plans, market data, and analogous industry benchmarks, the report projects combined consortium revenues exceeding €107M by Year 5 post-project across 53 partners in 15+ countries. The analysis contextualises BCU's strategic positioning as one of very few UK institutions spanning both housing and infrastructure research, and demonstrates the projected commercial and societal impact of the department's internationally funded research programme. All projections are speculative estimates and do not represent commitments by any consortium partner.
