Member of BridgeAI Standards Working Group (BAI-SWG)The BAI-SWG plays an essential role in shaping the future of AI by reviewing opportunities and challenges within the BridgeAI community and identifying priority areas for standards. As a member, I will be diving into some crucial tasks:
- Providing insights to the British Standard Institute (BSI) and Innovate UK on priorities for standards and opportunities for UK leadership.
- Supporting BSI in ensuring that the BridgeAI program effectively addresses market needs and technical challenges in various critical areas.
- Reviewing proposals for future standards projects, ensuring they align with industry needs and advancements.
- Maintaining strong connections with industry, government, and academia to foster awareness and participation in standards development.
- Monitoring global regulations and standards work to recommend partnerships and collaborations.
