    Julie Hadley
    I can confirm that Helen has worked extensively in the development and design of the SNUGBY product. She has led on the project management of the SNUGBY and research activities associated with trialling its efficacy and safety. She has liaised and worked with other facilities and departments at Birmingham City University and other institutions to design the SNUGBY protype and finalise the product for production. She liaised with the technical fashion department at Birmingham City University and BSc (Hons) technical fashion students to co-create and produce the product for testing. Moreover, Helen worked with the BCU legal team to ensure intellectual property for the product was assigned and all further development and expansion was permissible. This demonstrates Helen’s ability to work effectively and collaboratively across the organisation and externally. Helen is committed in establishing further innovation and entrepreneurship opportunities and is sourcing funding opportunities to trial the SNUBY globally to improve health outcomes for womens/ families and babies.
