A co-presented session at BCU's Innovation Fest 2025, delivered at STEAMhouse on the Main Stage. The presentation showcased the application of Digital Twin technology and Artificial Intelligence for One Eastside, Birmingham's tallest residential building, developed in partnership with Court Collaboration. The session demonstrated how real-time data integration, IoT sensor networks, and AI-driven analytics can be deployed to monitor, manage, and optimise building performance across one of Birmingham's most significant urban development projects.
