    Description

The aim of the research was to explore the impact of the A-EQUIP model when delivered as part of the curriculum for first year child field student nurses, on students’ perceptions of their own resilience, coping strategies and academic self-efficacy. This research has provided an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the impact of A-EQUIP model and RCS, in particular, on student perceptions of their personal resilience and academic self-efficacy. We hope it has helped to identify ways this could be successfully embedded within the curriculum to support students wellbeing and the development of skills for success within both the clinic practice and academic setting.
