Undergraduate practitioner research

Learning about research and producing a third year ‘research’ paper can, and perhaps should, be more than a desk exercise for students. However, in health and education there are difficulties in offering this option to students while staying in line with ethical procedures and practices. We have developed different ways of offering ‘real’ research opportunities to students and having shared practice between ourselves, would like to share with others and learn from their experiences in this developing field.
