    Aim: To introduce the principles of laid back breastfeeding to empower successful support of lactating women within the context of normal physiology, relationship building and hands off techniques.
    Objectives:
    Understanding of how ‘hands-off’ approaches to breastfeeding can empower women to successfully breastfeed.
    Compare the principles of laidback breastfeeding and the traditional approach.
    Highlight that laidback breastfeeding can enhance normal maternal and baby instinct, physiology and relationship building.
    Apply this approach to your own role/practice.
