    On 15 May 2024 we held a panel discussion on the new theoretical directions in a critical pedagogy and pedagogies of hope. This discussion was an opportunity to reflect on Professor Giroux's event in April and developments in the area. The panelists were Dr Bruno Botelho Costa, Dr Ricardo Römhild, University of Münster, Dr Rowena Palacios, UCL and Maria Vamvalis, University of Toronto. the panel discussion was facilitated by Dr Piers von Berg.
