Description

Organised and led a staff-student co-creation workshop as part of BCU's Project Zero initiative. The project brought together academic staff and students to explore the experiences of Black and South Asian Psychology students and co-design evidence-informed approaches to reducing progression and employability gaps. The project generated recommendations to infirm institutional enhancement and inclusive educational practice.
