The week-long AIUB–BCU collaboration under the British Council-funded TNE Exploratory Grant significantly advanced Digital Manufacturing education through international knowledge exchange, institutional partnership, and capacity building. The project successfully trained and certified 185 participants, with 42% female participation, developed academic networks involving AIUB, BCU, and Jahangirnagar University, and enhanced research collaboration in Digital Twins and smart manufacturing. Through expert-led training, keynote dissemination, and strategic planning, the initiative established a strong foundation for a sustainable international professional certification programme, strengthened institutional capabilities, and expanded opportunities for future joint research, curriculum development, and transnational education in advanced manufacturing.
