Research and Innovation interests
Her current research focuses on sustainable business growth in SMEs, organisational transformation through adoption of digital technologies, business model innovation and green growth. Her research interests also include organisational learning and innovation, networks and GVCs, international business and strategy, industrial and regional development. Her research covers a diverse range of industries in advanced and emerging market economies. She has published widely over the years and in recent years she actively liaises with the industry through applied research projects and consultancy.
