She has contributed to several book chapters and is actively working on publishing additional academic work in the areas of EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion), networks in higher education, and the lived experiences of Global Majority students. Doaa is also contributing to the “Equity in Education” book project, where her chapter explores how professional and personal networks can support belonging and advancement in higher education.

Doaa is passionate about empowering learners and professionals through innovative teaching, inclusive academic practices, and applied research.
