Joining academia after many years working in industry, Dr Duyen Chu is passionate about providing research-informed, inclusive and practical education to enable learners to achieve their potential and transform their lives. He has taught students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including executive learners. His practice is informed and underpinned by his proactive engagements in research, external examining responsibilities for many UK universities and professional bodies such as Advance HE, Chartered Association of Business Schools, Chartered Management Institute, and The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. He is a Fellow of the UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) Talent Peer Review College, a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Journal of Enterprising Communities, and a regular reviewer of academic journals, including Decision Support Systems journal and Strategy and Leadership journal. He is a College Academic Lead for Post Graduate Research Studies, a Link Tutor for TNE partner, and an external examiner of a number of UK universities.
