Research and Innovation interests
Dr Hora Ejtehadi is an Associate Professor. She studied Medicine and continued further education by completing PhD in Biomedical Science field. She joined Birmingham City University in 2004 and awarded a Diploma in Higher Education in 2007. She led School of Health Sciences Enterprise for two years. She is currently leading the College of Life Sciences’ Outreach and College Academic Lead in Access, Participation Plan. She has an extensive experience of postgraduate supervision at MSc and PhD level. She is a Fellow of Higher Education Academy.

- Effect of debriefing in inter-professional simulation in Higher Education
- Impact of NHS Health Trainer services in improving cardiovascular risk of individuals
- Holistic approach to exercise and bone health
- Validation of a burn dependency tool to determine the Nursing staffing level in Burn units in UK.
- Exploreing the gradutae awarding gap in Higher Education
