Juanling Huang

Dr Juanling Huang has a Production and Operations Management BSc (Hons) and PhD Business and Management. Her PhD research focused on the “Contextualisation of closed-loop supply chains for sustainable development in the Chinese metal industry”. Dr Huang has industrial experience in logistics and international freight forwarding companies in the UK, Hong Kong and China. Her academic research activities are in HEIs (Higher Education Institution) and SMEs in the UK, the Netherlands, Hong Kong and China. These include implementation of strategy, innovation and change, implementation of ERP systems in SMEs, process mapping in logistics and operations management, customer relationship management in HEIs and business communities.
