Research and Innovation interests
Julie’s research interests are in the evolution of firm and industry structure, with specific focus on the role of mergers and acquisitions, corporate political activity and regulatory capture. She is currently collaborating in archive-based investigations of the Scotch Whisky Association post-1945 and the role of the Temperance movement in the UK in the 1920s.
