Research and Innovation interests
One of my main research objectives is to construct the theoretical framework of Multicultural Embeddedness, to bring renewed meanings to both the concept of Embeddedness and the Mixed Embeddedness theory from cultural and gender perspectives, through grounded analysis of Birmingham based Chinese entrepreneurs. A second main objective is to provide recommendations for government agencies to facilitate the growth and integration of ethnic minority enterprises.
