I have 30 years-experience as an internationally recognised practising industry within the Games Industry. Alongside this, I also have 20 years-expereince working in academia, achieving excellence in delivering the highest quality educational experience, delivering substantial and outstanding teaching to over 2800 students, recognised nationally and internationally. I also continue to provide continuous mentoring to over 100 alumni across the world, many of whom are now leaders in industry demonstrating global impact within their field. My specialist areas sit within game design and development, design practice, software development, gamification, extended reality and enterprise & employability. My passion for Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity facilitates students, academics, and industry practitioners from varied backgrounds to collegiately collaborate, positively transforms practice, place, and people’s lives.
