Kadian has pushed forward her business by thinking differently and formulating exciting vegan and cruelty-free products for Black hair and sensitive skin. Kadian’s Black feminist values are at the heart of the brand. Alongside increasing sales, the business overlaps into academic life, where the sociology of Black hair, among other topics, is woven into classroom discussions and her research."
