Preserving the Local Newspaper Archive

This project will help local groups and archives collect and look after old local newspapers in a more organised way. It will bring together archivists, communities and the news industry to solve common preservation problems. The project will also create a simple toolkit to guide good practice, and the network it builds will keep supporting this work after the project ends.
