Project Zero - Reducing Progression and Graduate Employability Gaps Through Staff-Student Co-Creation

Emerging findings indicate that reducing awarding and graduate employability gaps requires approaches that extend beyond analysis of attainment data. Student–staff co-creation identified the importance of belonging, representation, culturally inclusive curricula, authentic assessment, and meaningful partnership in enhancing engagement and success. The project has informed departmental enhancement activities and generated recommendations for improving progression, inclusion and graduate outcomes within Psychology.
