    Abstract

One of the biggest challenges for school cafeterias is serving a large number of students in a limited amount of time. Unlike restaurants, which can take time and serve a smaller number of customers, cafeterias need to be very efficient. This means that they have to serve many students quickly, which can be difficult. All these challenges require a different approach compared to those faced by restaurants, especially when considering the much more constrained budget that schools usually allocate to cafeterias. As such, schools need to find ways to operate cafeterias efficiently, while still providing students with nutritious and appetizing meals. This requires a careful balance between meeting the nutritional needs of students and operating within the budget constraints. Overall, the challenges faced by school cafeterias are significant and require a different approachthan those faced by restaurants. By understanding these challenges, we can work towards finding innovative solutions that address the unique needs of school cafeterias and provide students with a better overall dining experience while minimizing food wastage and preventing theft.
