Abstract

This research aims to assess the lived experiences of women journalists in Ethiopia, specifically to identify obstacles hindering them from entering and/or staying in the profession. Additionally, it aims to identify possible strategies, responses and interventions that might increase the number, retention, and progression of women journalists in Ethiopia.
