Abstract
In this developmental paper, we explore menopause as both a management challenge and an opportunity to enhance workplace inclusion in the UK. Our investigation extends beyond the conventional discourse to examine the nuanced ways in which menopausal symptoms influence work performance, organizational policy gaps, and the broader implications for gender equity. Adopting an interpretive qualitative approach, we aim to capture the lived experiences of menopausal employees and the perspectives of management in addressing these challenges. Data collection will be conducted through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis.
