Abstract
This chapter explores the important contribution critical reflection makes to SENCO practice. It explores and illustrates the importance of critical reflection; explains and illustrates critical incident analysis methodology; considers how critical reflection can help transform practice; and proposes how critical reflection can contribute to evidence-based practice, well-being and assignment writing.
