    Abstract

This study explores the development of an enterprise network infrastructure, integrating routing, switching, and security technologies. It addresses a literature gap by comparing Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP) and Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) routing protocols and using the Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) firewall for security. The results demonstrate the proper functioning of these technologies, with EIGRP performing better in terms of delay and convergence time. This project provides valuable insights for organizations seeking to construct and integrate technologies into their networks to meet their specific requirements, fostering a comprehensive understanding of effective network design.
