Abstract
The service industry is one of the industries where employer branding is a
strategic measure that influences the perceptions, engagement, and loyalty of employees. It goes further than recruitment to include organisational culture, work–life balance, rewards, and development opportunities. This chapter looks into the effects of these dimensions on employee experience, organisational performance, and sustainable em ployer brand practices in the emerging markets.
