    Abstract

    This presentation was based upon the findings of a study exploring the perceptions of 2nd year midwifery students, related to their experiences of positive and negative organisational cultures within the clinical placement setting. Individual in-depth interviews elicited responses around the following: 1. The effect of the organisational culture on their experience as a learner. 2. The effect of organisational culture on how they see themselves as a future member of the NHS workforce.
