Abstract

In this chapter, I celebrate the loyalty and some of the major contributions of a few prominent Indian Muslims. The personalities have been chosen to represent diverse disciplines with a focus on revealing key information about them while also reflecting the diverse nature of India itself. I end with a reflection on the Muslim community post-independence.
