Abstract

A three-week series of exhibitions and events celebrating the tenth anniversary of the research group in Dec 23. The ‘negotiations’ considered the creative, critical, and ethical dimensions of working in and with the scientific realm, as a distinct contemporary art practice. For ‘Carrying the Craft’, I organised a series of workshops with Professor Christine Borland and I led a session of exchange and knowledge generation around machine knitting across discipline boundaries. I am currently working on a collaborative publication for the next edition of JAR which performs this research event
