    Abstract

    This chapter explores transitions from the range of perspectives (education, health and care) involved in child and family support. It introduces the reader to theories of transition and identity formation; poses critical questions to enable readers to reflect on their own transition(s); considers the unique experiences of transitioning form the student to first role during the pandemic; and suggests ways readers might support their own tranisitons.
