    George Magoulas is a Professor of Computer Science at London Knowledge Lab (www.lkl.ac.uk), Birkbeck College, University of London. He was educated at the University of Patras, Greece, and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education from Brunel University, UK. His research received Best Conference Paper Awards from the IEEE (2000 and 2008), the European Network on Intelligent Technologies for Smart Adaptive Systems (2001 and 2004), the IADIS (2006), the ACM (2009) and KES International (2010). Professor Magoulas research portfolio includes grants from the EPSRC, the ESRC, the AHRC, and the JISC, UK, and the EC. He holds a PhD Degree in Information Systems and Computing from Brunel University, UK. He received his MSc Degree in Interactive Systems Engineering from Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden, MSc Degree in Software Engineering from National University of Sciences and Technology, Pakistan, an MA Economics from the University of the Punjab, Pakistan and a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Studies in Education from Kingston University, UK. His research articles have been published in various peer reviewed journals including Journal of Knowledge Management. His research interests include knowledge management, social media, social media marketing, digital marketing, information privacy and human-computer interaction. He has reviewed papers in journals, namely, IJIM and JEIM and conferences including ICIS 2011, AMCIS 2009-2010, EMCIS 2012 and ECIS 2012. Dr Arshad Jamal is the corresponding author and can be contacted at: [email protected] Asim Majeed is a Senior Lecturer in QA Higher Education working in partnership with Roehampton University, Ulster University and Northumbria University Birmingham Campus. He has extensive expertise and more than 15 years of experience in academia and industry and worked with various Universities as; Coventry University, Birmingham City University and Aston Business School. He has research interest in the Internet of Things and infusion of technology in education, business and security domains and have number of publications in these areas.
