Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingEntry for encyclopedia/dictionarypeer-review

Abstract

This chapter introduces a range of textual analysis tools that can be run in a standard web browser as an alternative to installing specialist corpus linguistic software on your computer. Many of these web-based tools come with precompiled corpora for you to search, while some allow you to upload your own data for analysis. The features of each tool are explained and illustrated, with an emphasis on accessibility for beginners.
